Dr. Rhona Foster

I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and with chartered membership of the British Psychological Society. I am a warm and compassionate practitioner who provides a safe and non-judgemental space for therapy. My approach centres around helping you understand your experience and connect with what’s important in your life.

 Anxiety is a natural response to life's challenges and can help to keep us safe! However, when it feels like it is cropping up more and more often and getting in the way of daily life,  psychological therapy can help. 

It's normal to feel down from time to time and is part of being human. However, if this feeling is persistent or maybe getting worse, it's important to get support. 

Change in life can be challenging, and often leads to struggles with our mental health. Common life transitions include becoming a parent, loss and bereavement, or changes in our health.
